I also manage detailed expense reports and oversee the Miami office’s day-to-day operations, including facilities needs, supply and pantry stocking, conference room scheduling, and planning office events. I am also trusted to sign official documents on behalf of senior leadership and maintain precise digital records—reflecting the confidence and responsibility placed in my role.
Before joining Verition, I served as Executive Assistant to two Global Heads at Nomura Securities, supporting their teams across Equities and Wholesale Front Office Risk. I managed demanding schedules, coordinated cross-border communications, organized domestic and international travel, and oversaw expense, invoice, and IT coordination. I also planned departmental events and provided high-level personal assistance, ensuring seamless operations across multiple business functions.
Earlier in my career, I supported the President & General Manager of Nestor Reyes, Inc., where I handled executive and personal support, travel, event planning, office management, and client relations. I also began my professional journey in Human Resources at the Puerto Rico Daily Sun, managing HR operations, payroll, and financial processes with confidentiality and accuracy.
I hold a B.S. in Information Systems and Computer Programming and am fluent in Spanish. With extensive experience in Microsoft Office, Concur, PeopleSoft, QuickBooks, and both Mac and Windows systems, I bring strong technical abilities to every role.
In addition to my corporate skill set, I have gained hands-on experience in email marketing, social media management, book formatting, Spanish document translation, web design, and basic bookkeeping through my entrepreneurial work in travel and publishing.
